Here are the BSGA Trampoline competition rules for the 2018-19 academic year.

We will be publishing dates and venues shortly as each regional, zonal and the final are confirmed.

Important clarification on attire – 18th January 2019

Rule 10.1 states that dress must either conform to the currently in-force British Gymnastics code of points, or conform to rules 10.2 to 10.10.
This has caused confusion since BG changed their rules in October 2018 to permit the wearing of shorts at all levels, which then conflicts with rule 10.2.
The intention of the rules when written had been to take BG rules as a baseline and then further relax some rules at lower levels to allow the wearing of school PE kit.
For the sake of clarification until the rules can officially be re-written, BG clothing rules can be applied.
Specifically for men:

Gym trousers (in a single colour, except black or any other deep dark colour) or Gym shorts

and for women:

Shorts may be worn (must be skin tight, not extend below the middle of the thigh and be the same colour, design and material as the leotard)

The interpretation of those rules is at the discretion of the organiser, but as a guide, we would expect that shorts that match the colour of a significant portion of the leotard are acceptable.
