A number of people have reported email problems recently. Having chased this up with our service provider, the problem is being caused by Microsoft services (outlook, hotmail, live) blocking them.
If you get a ‘cannot deliver’ response to an email you send, check in the rejection message to see the email that it was trying to forward to, and try sending directly to that.
If you are still having trouble, email email@example.com and we will try to pass on the message.
